While our prices are low our use of quality ingredients is not sacrificed. All of our food is made fresh daily and we are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions that may arise. French Toasty Buns $5.25-Buns, smothered in egg and grilled to golden brown.
Maggie's Paparazzi $5.95-Two poached eggs, ham, toms and cheese on your choice of our awesome bagels.
Spanish Inquisition $5.50-Baby reds topped with salsa, three eggs and three-cheese blend. Add protein for .75 more.
Veggie Scramble $5.50-All the veggies in the house with three eggs and cheese.
Maggie's Joe $5.95-Spinach, sausage, three eggs, onions and Parmesan all scrambled together.

*Ravioli with trio of sauces-Three cheese ravioli smothered in pesto, marinara and Alfredo sauces.V
*Chicken Fettuccine-Tender chicken with mushrooms, spinach and a Creamy Alfredo sauce.
*Cajun chicken Fettuccine-chicken marinated in Cajun spices sauteed with peppers, onions and tomatoes in a creamy spicy Alfredo sauce.
*Meat or veggie lasagna-Layers of four cheeses, spinach, ricotta and rich Marinara sauce- choice of ground beef, sausage or sauteed veggies.V or meat.
*Pesto Casanova- pesto, artichoke hearts, tomatoes and Parmesan in a creamy sauce.V
*Chicken Picatta- lightly breaded cutlets of chicken sauteed with lemons, wine and capers. Very fresh and light.
*Beef Stroganoff- comfort food at it's finest. Tender cuts of prime rib, mushrooms and onions in a sour cream and beef sauce.
*Pork loin-rubbed with our signatur spices served with demi glace and garlic mashed potatoes.
*Mango chicken with coconut rice- tender pieces of chicken breaded in panko and jerk spices served in a tangy mango sauce over coconut rice.
*Chicken Parmesan- Italian breaded cutlets of chicken baked and smothered in marinara and served over egg noodles.
*Artichoke chicken over pesto pasta- roasted chicken on a bed of pesto pasta with red bell peppers, tomatoes and covered in an artichoke Aioli, baked to a golden brown. One of our house favorites.
*Atlantic Salmon- marinated in citrus and served with choice of Mango salsa or Spicy Aioli-please add $1.00 extra.
*Stuffed Portabella mushrooms- mushrooms, onions, spinach,cream, marinara and bread crumbs create the stuffing for these fabulous mushrooms.
Salads
Greek Orzo Salad- orzo pasta joins spinach, tomatoes, Greek olives, feta and peppers in a balsamic dressing- fantastic.
Thai Peanut pasta salad-spicy peanut sauce combined with peppers, onions, cucumbers and cilantro.
Pesto Pasta salad- peppers, tomatoes, zucchini, broccoli, Parmesan and our signature pesto sauce- a must for every event.
Greek spinach- tender leaves of spinach served with tomatoes, feta cheese, Greek olives, onions and cucumbers.
Maggie's house- mesclan greens, blue cheese, fresh berries, sugared walnuts and huckleberry vinaigrette.
Caesar-Romaine hearts, Parmesan, tomatoes and croutons. Fresh tossed at each event.
Garden Green- colorful and full of seasonal veggies. Choice of dressings.
Cucumber,tomato, onion and nicoise olive salad- marinated in balsamic dressing for a very fresh spring salad.
Broccoli Bacon Pea- crunchy bacon, craisins, peas and broccoli in a mouth watering honey mustard dressing.
Tabbouleh- loaded with fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, parsley and mint. Very fresh and light.
Wild rice and Quinoa salad- served with lots of peppers, carrots, cucumbers in a lime, mint cilantro dressing.
Marinated Veggie-all the veggies we love in a robust balsamic marinade.
Black Bean and corn salad- spiced with cilantro, tomatoes, lime , cumin and green chilies.

Turkey Bacon- Turkey, crispy bacon, cream cheese, mushrooms, spinach and tomatoes- serve it warm or hot.
Thai Peanut- tender pieces of chicken sauteed with peppers, onions,cilantro and lime, wrapped with mango chutney and red cabbage.
Green chile and Chicken- black beans, salsa, cheese and sour cream- best served with a fork.
Chicken caesar- crunchy chicken tenders with parmesan, romaine and tomatoes in our famous ceasar dressing.
Veggie- Hummus, tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, zuchinni, brocolli and hummus. Add feta for an extra kick .Served hot or cold.
Maggie is famous for her soups. Come try her Seafood chowder, hungarian mushroom, brocolli au gratin, beer cheese, B-52 chili and many more.
All of our sandwiches are made on our fresh baked breads. Our meats are of the highest quality and our portions and very generous. We provide Hummus, pesto, mayo, mustard, tomatoes, red onion, cucumbers, peppers and lettuce on all of our condiment trays. Avacado and sprouts are available for a nominal extra charge.
Choose from turkey, roast beef, ham, corned beef or Turkey, bacon and cream cheese.
Cheese choices are swiss, cheddar, american, provolone or cream cheese.
All sandwiches come with chips.
We also offer fantastic boxed lunches.
We offer excellent selections for vegetarians and vegans. We proudly serve Stumptown and our selection of fresh baked breads, cookies and brownies is extensive. We love our bike clubs and Pacific University so please let us know your affiliation and we will offer you a 10% discount. |
