      Mesclun greens, blue cheese, fresh berries, sugared walnuts, and huckleberry vinaigrette.

      Tender leaves of spinach served with tomatoes, feta cheese, Greek olives, onions, and cucumbers.

      Peppers, tomatoes, zucchini, broccoli, Parmesan, and our signature pesto sauce - a must for every event.

      Spicy peanut sauce combined with peppers, onions, cucumbers, and cilantro.

    • Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese

      Served over spring greens with smoked almonds and honey mustard dressing.

      Loads of veggies, pesto, feta, and three cheese blend wrapped in puff pastry and baked until golden brown. Vegetarian.

    • Cajun Blackened Salmon or Chicken

      Loaded with flavor, excellent with roasted vegetables as a side. Can be made gluten free.

    • Sweet Chili Chicken

      Tender pieces of chicken lightly breaded and pan fried with sweet chili sauce served over rice. Can be made gluten free.

    • Coconut Chicken

      Tender breasts of chicken breaded in coconut, baked to a golden brown, and served with mango salsa.

    • Kung Pao Beef and Broccoli

      Served over jasmine rice with a spicy teriyaki sauce.

    • Tuscan Chicken

      Breasts of chicken stuffed with roasted red peppers, basil, and chevre cheese, light breaded in Panko and served with a bechamel sauce.

    • Ravioli

      Filled with three cheeses, and topped with marinara, Alfredo, and pesto.

    • Portabella Mushroom Ravioli

      Served in a Rosemary cream sauce.

    • Medallions of Beef Tenderloin

      Served with a port demi-glace and roasted red potatoes. Only available if there is a grill or oven on-site.

      Served with garlic mashed potatoes and horseradish sauce. 15 person minimum.

    • Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms

      Mushrooms, onions, spinach, cream, marinara, and bread crumbs create the stuffing for these fabulous mushrooms. Can be made vegan or gluten free.

      Marinated in citrus and served with choice of mango salsa or spicy aioli. Gluten Free.

    • Artichoke Chicken over Pesto Pasta

      Roasted chicken on a bed of pesto pasta with red bell peppers, tomatoes and covered in an artichoke Aioli, baked to a golden brown.

      Italian breaded cutlets of chicken baked and smothered in marinara.

    • Mango Chicken with Coconut Rice

      Tender pieces of chicken breaded in panko and jerk spices served in a tangy mango sauce over coconut rice. Can be made Gluten Free.

      Rubbed with our signature spices served with demi-glace and garlic mashed potatoes.

    • Beef Stroganoff

      Comfort food at its finest. Tender cuts of prime rib, mushrooms, and onions in a sour cream and beef sauce.

      Layers of black beans, salsa, sour cream, crispy corn tortillas. Gluten Free / Vegetarian

    • Creamy Chicken Enchiladas

      Layers of corn tortillas,sour cream, chicken, cheese, and salsa covered in green sauce. Can be made gluten free.

    • Chicken Piccata

      Lightly breaded cutlets of chicken sauteed with lemons, wine and capers. Very fresh and light.

      Pesto, artichoke hearts, tomatoes and Parmesan in a creamy sauce. Vegetarian

      Layers of four cheeses, spinach, ricotta, and rich marinara sauce - choice of ground beef, sausage or sauteed veggies.

    • Cajun Chicken Fetuccine

      Chicken marinated in Cajun spices sauteed with peppers, onions and tomatoes in a creamy spicy Alfredo sauce.

    • Roasted Tomatoes with Savory Dumplings

      Tomatoes, garlic, and onions roasted and topped with savory dumplings. Vegetarian.
